Each mold comes with a hook slot plate and a delete plate if you don't want a hook slot. Hook slot width is 0.090" to allow the hooks to penetrate through the bait/fish with less friction or obstruction.
 
Eye sizes;
4.25" = 3/16" or 4.5mm
5.25" = 1/4" or 6mm
6.25" = 9/32" or 7mm
